Selecting your machine:

When selecting your required machine, keep in mind the following basics: Your average monthly print volume (how many reams of paper do you go through in a month? 500 sheets of paper per ream of standard A4 paper), what are your current machine requirements, and are there any future requirements (eg. changing a warehouse printer to a multifunction so consignment notes can be scanned) – this helps us to “right size” you into the correct device for your requirements.
